Job Description

Clinical Psychologist delivering evidence-based telehealth psychotherapy for older adults. Sailor Health provides Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults virtually
  • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
  • Work independently within a collaborative care team
  • Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular paid case consultations
  • Provide care for patients experiencing grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active, independent license to practice psychology
  • PSYPACT authorization preferred
  • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience is a plus
  • Minimum availability of 15 weekly sessions
  • Must provide mental health license type and number
  • Must provide states where licensed or valid PSYPACT APIT license and E.Passport link
