Job Description

Clinical Supervisor providing licensed psychological oversight and mentorship to clinicians at Ellie Mental Health. Supporting ethical, compliant outpatient care across Georgia clinics.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and support to clinicians
  • Support delivery of high-quality outpatient mental health services across the Johns Creek, Gainesville, and Alpharetta clinics
  • Review and support clinical documentation, treatment planning, progress notes, risk assessments, and discharge planning
  • Provide guidance on complex clinical cases, ethical questions, crisis situations, and standards of care
  • Help ensure compliance with Georgia licensing rules, NASW Code of Ethics, payer requirements, Ellie Mental Health policies, and internal procedures
  • Mentor clinicians in clinical judgment, professional development, client engagement, and best practices
  • Partner with clinic leadership and ownership to support a positive, healthy, and collaborative clinical culture

Requirements:

  • Active Georgia Licensed Psychologist license in good standing with supervisory credentials
  • Qualified and experienced to provide clinical supervision under applicable Georgia licensing rules and professional standards
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading clinicians
  • Strong knowledge of social work ethics, documentation standards, treatment planning, risk management, and standards of care
