Job Description
Clinical Trial Coordinator at Thermo Fisher Scientific overseeing clinical trials in Argentina. Managing projects, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting research efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned trial(s) activities
- Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard
- Proactively communicates any risks to project leads
- Provides system support and ensures system databases are current
- Performs administrative tasks on assigned trials
- Analyzes and reconciles study metrics and findings reports
- Supports start-up team in regulatory submissions
- Collaborates with teammates to achieve targeted deadlines
Requirements:
- Life science degree
- Proven experience in clinical trial coordination or a similar research role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
