Job Description
Clinical Trial Coordinator supporting IQVIA’s clinical research services from anywhere in Germany. Managing trial documentation, data flow, supplies, and communications across clinical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory and Start-Up teams with updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems, including the Trial Master File
- Prepare, handle, distribute, file, and archive clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures
- Conduct periodic reviews of study files and completeness
- Support preparation, handling, distribution, and tracking of Clinical Trial Supplies
- Coordinate tracking and management of Case Report Forms, queries, and clinical data flow
- Serve as a central contact for designated project communications, correspondence, and associated documentation
- Mentor less experienced Clinical Trial Coordinators and support training and onboarding of new colleagues
- Serve as a subject matter expert or lead Clinical Trial Coordinators study teams when required
- Participate in departmental quality or process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher-level University Degree, preferably in life science
- Alternatively, High School Diploma and apprenticeship within the life science, medical, pharmaceutical, or office management field
- At least 2–4 years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator or in another administrative clinical research role
- Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines
- Fluent German language skills at least at C1 level
- Good command of English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple projects
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
- Ability to work from a home office anywhere in Germany
