Job Description
Enterprise Account Executive expanding UiPath Test Cloud automation across U.S. healthcare and life sciences accounts. Driving consultative sales, compliance outcomes, and long-term enterprise growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts
- Drive expansion of UiPath Test Cloud adoption across business units and functions
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with customer quality, validation, and digital transformation priorities
- Build relationships with Quality, Validation, IT, QA, Digital Transformation, AI Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services leaders
- Position UiPath Test Cloud through a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and partner ecosystems
- Identify opportunities to expand automated testing across EHR/EMR, clinical trial and safety, manufacturing and quality management, claims and payer, ERP, and other regulated applications
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure customer outcomes and account growth
- Partner with Global Systems Integrators and strategic testing/quality partners to cultivate opportunities and accelerate customer value
- Maintain knowledge of Healthcare and Life Sciences trends, software testing competition, regulatory considerations, and AI-driven testing initiatives
Requirements:
- 8+ years of enterprise software or solution/value selling experience, focused on software testing, quality engineering, or DevOps/CI-CD tooling
- 5+ years managing and growing Enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts within Providers, Payers, BioPharma, or Medical Device organizations
- Experience selling test automation, AI, SaaS, cloud, or digital quality/compliance solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving large, complex enterprise deals
- Ability to communicate testing and quality automation capabilities, ROI, compliance/validation impact, and implementation strategy to executive, quality, and technical audiences
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business and compliance outcomes
- Executive presence engaging Quality, IT, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders, including the C-suite
- Strong account planning and opportunity management skills using a research-driven, data-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Healthcare and Life Sciences regulatory and validation landscape, including GxP, CSV, Part 11, and HIPAA, strongly preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 25%
