Job Description
Integration Developer developing Python scripts on AWS for a Proof of Concept at GDIT. Supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services with near real-time integration capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Python scripts on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for a Proof of Concept (POC)
- Configure and integrate services that will support CMS’s goal of replacing “shared systems” with near real-time abilities
- Support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services remotely
Requirements:
- 5+ years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required: No
- 4+ Years of hands-on advanced experience developing Python code
- Hands-on experience setting up an Integration environment using AWS Glue, S3, and RDB
- Hands-on experience with implementing system integrations and interfaces
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data seeding, data mapping and data validation
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda development
- Hands-on experience with PySpark
- Experience with AWS tools and applications, including the following: AWS AppSync, AWS MSK (Kafka), and Amazon EventBridge
- Must be able to obtain CMS Public Trust clearance
- Must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years
