Job Description
Consultor Comercial driving partner network expansion for a leading property loan group in Brazil. Role includes strategic connections and overseeing commercial processes in credit real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Expand our partner network
- Strengthen strategic connections
- Monitor each stage of the commercial process
- Prospect new partners: Real estate agencies, construction companies, advisory firms, consultancies and other businesses
- Visit partners and clients
- Collect documents from Partners or Clients
- Oversee contract signings with the end client and sales representatives
- Conduct training sessions for Partners
- Track and register proposals in the system, as well as organize documents, attach them to the system and follow up on required documentation
- Submit weekly and monthly reports: mileage reimbursement spreadsheets, partner spreadsheet, pipeline and weekly planning
Requirements:
- University degree completed
- Experience in sales/commercial roles
- Experience with real estate lending (mortgage) and knowledge of real estate documentation
- Strong communication skills
- Organized
- Good interpersonal skills
- Commitment and results-oriented
- Dynamic and determined
