Job Description
Commercial Lines Account Manager helping ReSource Pro optimize insurance operations and client coverage. Managing renewals, new business, retention, market placement, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks
- Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
- Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
- Research, recommend, and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients
- Use Agency Management Systems to complete tasks
- Lead day-to-day customer interactions
- Consult with customers and advise colleagues using subject matter expertise
- Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and achieve internal team goals
- Work with dedicated onshore/offshore SDU teams to renew existing policies, bind new business leads, and round out accounts
- Build strong customer relationships and train junior team members on customer interactions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
- Active resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including required Excel proficiency
- Experience working in an Agency Management System required
- Industry designations preferred, such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, or ARM
- Ability to adapt and succeed within a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship, if applicable
