Job Description
Compensation & Benefits Specialist supporting payroll coordination and employee benefits administration. Ensuring accuracy in HRIS and compliance with wage laws for Enterprise Management Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support payroll coordination, salary and wage adjustments, and employee benefits administration
- Ensure that employee data in HRIS is accurate and processes compensation actions according to procedures and laws
- Help employees understand benefits, track enrollment deadlines, resolve payroll discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and third-party providers
Requirements:
- 2 years of payroll and/or benefits experience required
- AIHR certifications
- SHRM certification
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare or nonprofit settings preferred
- Working knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and HIPAA requirements
