Job Description

Compensation & Benefits Specialist supporting payroll coordination and employee benefits administration. Ensuring accuracy in HRIS and compliance with wage laws for Enterprise Management Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support payroll coordination, salary and wage adjustments, and employee benefits administration
  • Ensure that employee data in HRIS is accurate and processes compensation actions according to procedures and laws
  • Help employees understand benefits, track enrollment deadlines, resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and third-party providers

Requirements:

  • 2 years of payroll and/or benefits experience required
  • AIHR certifications
  • SHRM certification
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or nonprofit settings preferred
  • Working knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and HIPAA requirements
