Job Description
Compliance Analyst supporting regulatory reporting, player-data analysis, and betting-integrity investigations for White Hat Gaming’s iGaming platform. Fully remote role collaborating across a global compliance team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and submission of periodic regulatory reports and notifications to relevant regulators/authorities
- Collect, review, and validate data required for regulatory reporting
- Assist with ensuring regulatory reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines
- Perform checks and reconciliations to identify discrepancies or missing information
- Support the preparation of responses to routine regulatory and licensing requests
- Keep internal compliance records, trackers, and registers up to date
- Compile and analyze required player data
- Coordinate investigations of betting integrity matters across relevant teams, including gathering and reviewing information and assisting with responses to regulatory requests
- Monitor industry news and changes to regulatory requirements and update relevant records and processes
- Support the Regulatory Compliance team with audits, reviews, and other regulatory projects
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business
- Carry out general administrative and analytical tasks to support the effective operation of the Compliance function
- Perform other compliance-related duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a compliance-focused role within the regulated gambling industry is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work with numerical and data-driven information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Previous exposure to regulatory reporting or working within a regulated environment is nice to have
- General knowledge of the online gambling industry is nice to have
- Experience with a sportsbook is an advantage
