Job Description
Content Producer creating engaging content across social media for a beauty brand. Collaborating on strategies, managing production, and tracking performance across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Paige to define and refine content strategies across TikTok, IG Pinterest, and any other relevant channels
- Work with Paige to refine the content calendar across all channels
- Ideate and propose creative concepts for TikTok content (if different from reels)
- Organize photoshoots w/ Paige, UGC creators and yourself to produce visually compelling and engaging content for all social platforms each month **(must be willing and able to be on camera)**
- Manage the end-to-end process of video production, from concept development to final delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to maintain brand consistency and messaging accuracy.
- Track social benchmarks and content performance to tailor our strategy.
- Once we start running paid, be a key player in helping assist which content should be run as ads
- Notify Paige if content is killing it and we will run ads
Requirements:
- Proven on-camera presence and confidence
- Strong interest and familiarity with beauty and wellness products
- Ability to align authentically with a female-focused brand
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms
- Comfortable participating in photoshoots and video production
- Ability to organize and manage content calendars and deliverables
- Flexible, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset
