Job Description

Curriculum Producer developing AI-driven education content and systems at The Uncommon Business. Playing a key role in shaping curriculum execution and enhancing the learning experience for business leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Building, testing, and shipping AI demos, custom GPTs, and infrastructure that power curriculum across multiple programs
  • Creating polished, user-friendly Notion modules from approved curriculum frameworks and scripts
  • Extracting playbooks, frameworks, and case studies from calls, Slack threads, and student interactions
  • Contributing to and maintaining a centralized library of prompts, tools, and curriculum assets
  • Identifying and consolidating duplicate or outdated materials to maintain a clean, organized system
  • Partnering with the Curriculum Production Manager and cross-functional teams to address live cohort needs
  • Iterating quickly based on feedback to improve curriculum quality and usability
  • Supporting live cohorts by identifying gaps and delivering timely curriculum updates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience building AI tools, demos, or automations that are actively used by real users
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to produce high-quality work at volume
  • Experience working within structured systems, templates, or production workflows
  • Ability to extract patterns, insights, and reusable frameworks from unstructured inputs
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion or similar content and knowledge management platforms
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-output environments with clear performance expectations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Strong operator mindset with ability to manage high-volume output without sacrificing quality
  • Experience working cross-functionally across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to performance through content or production output
  • High ownership with strong execution focus
