Job Description
Controller für operatives Controlling bei VALEARA, einem deutschen Anbieter für Neurologie, Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie. Analyse von Versorgungs- und Abrechnungsdaten im Gesundheitswesen.
Responsibilities:
- Operational controlling in the healthcare sector
- Close collaboration with colleagues, specialist departments, and site managers
- Contributing to visible, immediately impactful controlling activities across the group
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, health economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, at least three years of experience in operational controlling, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Understanding of inpatient, partial-hospitalization, and outpatient care structures
- Knowledge of relevant reimbursement systems (e.g., PEPP and PIA/statutory health insurance billing) and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Experience working with different data sources and hospital or practice information systems
- Strong analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
