Job Description
Group Business Controller Intern supporting sales analysis, management reporting, and AI-enabled controlling at Bolton, an Italian FMCG company. Preparing Board presentations and actionable insights across global business units.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute the daily sales report, tracking performance against targets and prior periods across Business Units
- Support monthly and periodic management reporting, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data
- Prepare analyses tracking business performance across business units, product lines, brands and geographies
- Support implementation of AI solutions to enhance reporting and controlling processes
- Assist in preparing business presentations for the Board
- Report directly to the Group Business Controlling Senior Manager
- Work with colleagues from different functions and Business Units to deliver timely reporting and actionable insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Perfectly fluent in Italian and English
- High precision and attention to details
- Team player, positive attitude to work, pragmatic and problem-solving approach
- 6-month internship, curricular or extra-curricular
