Job Description
Corporate legal operations associate supporting venture financings, governance, equity, and closings at micro1, an AI data lab. Building automated legal workflows and scalable systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support and execute venture financings, corporate governance, equity administration, and transaction closings
- Draft documents and coordinate signatures
- Maintain corporate records and equity plans
- Ensure organizational accuracy
- Independently drive legal matters from start to finish
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, self-service tools, and automations
- Streamline legal processes and reduce manual work
- Build scalable systems for recurring legal needs
Requirements:
- Experienced corporate paralegal or junior attorney with foundational law firm training
- Hands-on experience in venture transactions
- Experience supporting venture-backed or high-growth technology companies highly regarded
- Hands-on work with AI tools or automation platforms highly regarded
- Genuine interest in AI, legal technology, and workflow automation
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, highly asynchronous environment
- Strong judgment
