Job Description
Corporate Solicitor role advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions in a fully remote UK law firm. Seeking experienced solicitors with strong corporate transactional skills.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, supporting businesses through key stages of growth, investment and strategic development
- Manage transactions independently while also collaborating with colleagues on larger and more complex matters
- Advise on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, business exits and disposals, and corporate restructures
- Work closely with investors, founders, and in-house legal teams, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate transactional work
- Experience managing corporate transactions independently
- Experience supporting colleagues on larger or more complex deals
- Exposure to investment and/or finance transactions would be beneficial but is not essential
- A proactive, commercial approach to advising clients
- Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working within a supportive and experienced team
