Job Description

Creative Producer developing marketing strategies and ad creatives for Findies, a social shopping network. Role involves ideation, execution, and analysis for user acquisition channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a creative marketing strategy for different traffic channels.
  • Develop and brainstorm creative concepts, from initial ideation to execution.
  • Analyze competitors' concepts to generate new ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design team.
  • Research user behavior and funnels, identifying factors that impact performance and success.
  • Work closely with the user acquisition team.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Creative Marketing Manager.
  • Usage of AI tools for research, generation, and optimization of materials.
  • B2 English language proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills, readiness to own the process, and take responsibility for results.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • A basic understanding of User Acquisition (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with marketing funnel analysis (nice-to-have).
