Job Description
Creative Producer developing engaging video content for Novakid's online education platform. Leading strategies for short- and long-form video concepts that resonate with parents.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ideation and creative strategy for short- and long-form video concepts for brand awareness initiatives
- Translate big ideas into clear creative formats, story arcs, and episodic concepts
- Define hooks, emotional beats, pacing, and cliffhangers for each concept
- Design and oversee 15–20s “trailer-style” content to test concepts on TikTok, IG Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Analyze early performance signals (retention, comments, likes, shares) to decide what scales and what dies
- Iterate fast based on audience reaction and insight, via creative methods
- Ensure the final output matches the intended emotional impact and viral potential
- Ensure concepts resonate with parents culturally and emotionally, with a focus on the TR market
- Keep Novakid relevant to real parent conversations, not marketing narratives
Requirements:
- Deep, hands-on understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube from an organic growth perspective
- Strong creative intuition, you know how to sharpen a promising creative idea into best-in-class execution
- Natural storyteller: hooks, rhythm, pace, escalation, and payoff come instinctively
- Comfortable leading creative production with production crew
- Bold, curious, experimental mindset, excited by uncertainty and rapid testing
- Strong interest in parenting, family dynamics, or human stories involving children
- Proven track record of creating video content that gained strong organic traction/virality (portfolio required)
- Experience leading or owning video projects from concept to final delivery
- Strong communication and project management skills
- C1 level English
