Job Description
Video Editor at Anywhere Talent creating engaging viral short-form content and podcast episodes. Focus on improving content performance with creative collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with a strong focus on viral-style editing (fast-paced cuts, hooks, captions, transitions, sound effects, etc.)
- Edit long-form podcast content into engaging full episodes and short highlight clips
- Create visually appealing edits that increase retention, engagement, and shareability
- Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas and improve content performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in editing viral short-form content (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and audience behavior
- Ability to edit podcasts professionally (audio cleanup, multi-camera sync, storytelling flow)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Strong skills in 2D animation and motion graphics (especially for reel-style content)
- Ability to create engaging captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics.
