Job Description

Kundenberater handling customer relations and installation of dosing equipment for Diversey. Focusing on hygiene solutions in multiple sectors including healthcare and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Install dosing equipment, dosing units and dosing systems
  • Regular customer visits according to a route schedule
  • Maintenance and servicing of our equipment systems
  • Provide training and advice on the use of our products and equipment
  • Respond to hygiene-related inquiries
  • Document our service activities for the company and the customer

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training (preferably technical)
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Open and flexible
  • Good manual/technical skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Willingness to occasionally stay overnight away from home
