Job Description
Kundenberater handling customer relations and installation of dosing equipment for Diversey. Focusing on hygiene solutions in multiple sectors including healthcare and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer relationships
- Install dosing equipment, dosing units and dosing systems
- Regular customer visits according to a route schedule
- Maintenance and servicing of our equipment systems
- Provide training and advice on the use of our products and equipment
- Respond to hygiene-related inquiries
- Document our service activities for the company and the customer
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training (preferably technical)
- Independent and self-motivated
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Open and flexible
- Good manual/technical skills
- Professional appearance
- Willingness to occasionally stay overnight away from home
