Job Description
Customer Care Manager building client relationships and improving employee-benefit offerings at ValueNet, Germany’s leading employee-benefits provider. Remote across the Canary Islands or office-based in Fuerteventura.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal departments and customers
- Ensure a harmonious and consistent customer experience
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular personal interaction
- Identify individual customer needs
- Ensure the sustained satisfaction of both companies and employees
- Proactively inform customers about new benefits, developments, and opportunities for optimization
- Continuously expand the benefits offering
- Successfully implement innovative bonus models
Requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience
- Ideally, experience in managing key accounts, project management, or Customer Success Management
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
- Independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
