Job Description
Project Manager leading the onboarding and migration of enterprise clients to cloud platforms. Ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional customer experiences in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and cloud migration projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate discovery and planning workshops
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Monitor project progress and identify risks
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and migration frameworks
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of data governance, GDPR, information security, and compliance considerations
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience using project management tools and reporting methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications (preferred)
- Experience in SaaS, cloud platform, or enterprise software implementation environments (preferred)
