Job Description
Customer Project Manager leading Philips patient-monitoring installations and customer orders. Home-based in German-speaking Switzerland with over 50% field travel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from order confirmation through project implementation at the customer site
- Support the Sales team with order execution and technical quotation and order reviews
- Advise customers on technical feasibility, including network design requirements
- Involve Solution Architects in complex IT and network projects
- Calculate and monitor project implementation, material, and labor costs
- Coordinate project execution with customers, Order Management, Account Managers, and external contractors
- Lead kick-off meetings and coordination meetings
- Manage all planning aspects, including the start date, project duration, and handover date
- Create project schedules
- Coordinate installation activities with technicians, Clinical Application Specialists, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and external contractors
- Conduct system handovers to customers
- Manage revenue-relevant milestones as the basis for the weekly Sales Forecast
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in patient monitoring or several years of project management experience
- Network expertise is an advantage
- Knowledge of the relevant product portfolio, including patient monitoring and networking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience leading employees, including in a non-disciplinary capacity, is an advantage
- Residence in German-speaking Switzerland
- Willingness to travel more than 50% in a field-based role
