Job Description

Customer Service Representative focused on providing support for pools and spa products. Handling inquiries and turning them into sales opportunities in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert customer support via phone, email, and walk-ins (pool chemistry, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting)
  • Create accurate quotes for pool packages, equipment upgrades, liners, and parts
  • Drive sales through upselling chemicals, parts, and maintenance equipment
  • Perform water testing and provide chemical treatment recommendations
  • Process orders and coordinate with service and delivery teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in the swimming pool and spa industry is a MUST
  • Strong knowledge of pool chemicals, water balancing, and equipment/parts
  • Proven sales ability with experience in quoting and closing sales
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to quickly learn POS systems, quoting tools, and water testing systems
