Job Description
Customer Service Representative focused on providing support for pools and spa products. Handling inquiries and turning them into sales opportunities in a fully remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert customer support via phone, email, and walk-ins (pool chemistry, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting)
- Create accurate quotes for pool packages, equipment upgrades, liners, and parts
- Drive sales through upselling chemicals, parts, and maintenance equipment
- Perform water testing and provide chemical treatment recommendations
- Process orders and coordinate with service and delivery teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in the swimming pool and spa industry is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of pool chemicals, water balancing, and equipment/parts
- Proven sales ability with experience in quoting and closing sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn POS systems, quoting tools, and water testing systems
