Job Description
Czech-speaking reservations agent assisting Booking.com travelers with booking inquiries and modifications. Delivering phone, email, and live-chat support through Mercier Consultancy Group.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support services by assisting travelers with their booking inquiries and modifications.
- Manage reservation queries professionally via phone, email, and live chat for global clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving booking-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with international team members to uphold premium service standards.
- Navigate complex reservation scenarios with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Contribute to a positive team environment while meeting individual and departmental performance targets.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Proficiency in English to effectively operate within our diverse customer support services environment.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for the travel and tourism industry.
- A customer-centric attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support services is highly advantageous but not required.
