Job Description
Reservations Agent supporting Booking.com travelers with reservations, cancellations, and accommodation inquiries. Remote Greece role for Dutch-speaking customer service professionals in tourism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class support for travelers navigating the Booking.com platform
- Manage travel reservations, cancellations, and modifications with professional precision
- Represent the premium standards of the tourism industry through empathetic and efficient communication
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding accommodation bookings, policies, and special travel requests
- Utilize advanced booking software to ensure accurate travel logistics and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with international hotel partners to resolve guest issues promptly
- Maintain a high level of quality in all interactions to ensure repeat travel bookings
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
- Strong command of the English language for international collaboration
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Passion for the tourism industry and a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment based in Greece
