Job Description
Data Integration Analyst II overseeing data integration for educational software in K-12 districts. Supporting educators by ensuring accurate data flows for improved learning outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated Data Integration Analyst for all assigned customers, acting as their primary point of contact for integration services
- Deliver responsive troubleshooting and resolution when customers encounter data integration challenges
- Proactively monitor systems to ensure integrations operate according to schedule, addressing issues before they impact educational activities
- Conduct strategic check-in sessions with customers to identify upcoming system changes and develop forward-looking integration plans
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Renaissance products, including specific rostering requirements and reporting data structures
- Stay current on platform developments through ongoing training and deployment update reviews
- Translate customer needs into well-defined technical requirements for internal teams
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of customer integration solutions
Requirements:
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant technical area or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience, including Renaissance customer service, support, and/or training
- Preferred: Experience with education industry
- Knowledge of data integration methods, SIS Software Vendors and data providers (i.e. Clever)
- Fundamental SQL skills for basic data querying
- Knowledge of data security best practices
- Proficiency with Excel
