Job Description
Data Scientist working on Zé Delivery's Digital Insights team to develop analytical models. Collaborating on business decisions and product recommendations across various squads.
Responsibilities:
- Work in the Territory and Seller squads of the Digital Insights team at Zé Delivery.
- Develop analyses and models to support allocation and distribution decisions, footprint expansion, and improvements in service levels.
- Build solutions for portfolio definition and product recommendations for sellers.
- Translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions in partnership with Product, Engineering, and business areas.
- Define metrics and measure the impact of solutions on key business KPIs.
- Communicate recommendations and learnings clearly and in an actionable way.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas.
- Relevant prior experience in Data Science, Analytics, or similar roles, with the autonomy to develop and apply analytical solutions to business problems.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying analyses or models for business use.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ease working within multidisciplinary teams.
