Job Description

Dealer Relations Manager helping automotive dealerships adopt automotiveMastermind’s predictive sales and marketing platform. Managing dealer relationships, product implementation, training, and retention across the Philadelphia region.

Responsibilities:

  • Build high-level relationships throughout the entire dealership
  • Understand dealer partners' goals, pain points, markets, competitors and automotive business trends
  • Provide customer service through coaching, training and consultation
  • Travel as needed within the defined territory
  • Strategically implement software platform processes with executive management, floor management and dealership departments
  • Manage day-to-day dealer relationships and champion product adoption and ongoing use
  • Execute launch planning and manage product implementation
  • Deliver initial and ongoing dealer training through regular monthly performance visits
  • Serve as first point of contact for dealership issues and follow up on escalated issues
  • Bring product best practices into client organizations and support teammates on the regional team
  • Communicate and implement product changes, new features and releases
  • Cover a geographical area as part of a larger team reporting to a Director of Dealer Relations
  • Retain 20+ accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years professional experience working in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment
  • Significant experience working with CRM tools and ease with technology
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Ability to establish rapport and develop meaningful client relationships
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Ability to solicit feedback, ask clarifying questions and resolve issues non-confrontationally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
  • Ability to schedule and prioritize work
  • This role requires 80%-100% travel within the region and nationally as needed
  • Candidates local to the Philadelphia Market
