Job Description
Delivery Lead owning SAP Fioneer lending and core finance transformation programmes. Shaping client solutions, leading delivery teams, and managing senior stakeholder engagements across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients early in the programme lifecycle, before contract signature, to shape scope, align stakeholders, and build the foundation for successful delivery
- Take end-to-end ownership of large-scale lending transformation programmes with Finance clients
- Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of accountability throughout the engagement
- Develop client-specific solutions addressing strategic objectives and translate business needs into concrete delivery roadmaps
- Ensure programme delivery on time, within budget, and to a quality standard that strengthens SAP Fioneer's reputation
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing delivery teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and sales teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable
- Identify and proactively manage delivery risks across programmes, escalating where necessary with clear mitigation proposals
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in North America, with particular depth in core Finance software
- Strong track record in end-to-end programme management from early scoping through to go-live, with full accountability for quality, scope, and budget
- Experience building and leading high-performing delivery teams in complex, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders, combining strategic advisory skills with hands-on delivery ownership
- Solid understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design
- Experience working with core banking or lending platforms; knowledge of SAP Fioneer solutions is a strong asset
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean organisation where initiative and judgement matter
- Willingness to travel extensively across North America
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
