Job Description

Delivery Operations Manager improving cross-team coordination for AI workloads at Nebius, leaders in cloud computing for the AI economy.

Responsibilities:

Maintain operational visibility across active PoCs and production workloads
Establish lightweight launch readiness standards for production rollouts
Ensure workload expectations, ownership, and escalation paths are clearly defined
Reduce last-minute surprises in customer-facing launches
Coordinate operational relationships with external and infrastructure vendors
Track contracted capacity and provisioning timelines
Monitor vendor performance and escalation workflows
Partner with Legal and Finance on infrastructure-related agreements and follow-ups
Improve clarity across Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Delivery handoffs
Support structured weekly operational reviews
Surface risks early and drive resolution across teams

Requirements:

You have experience in cloud, AI, or infrastructure-heavy environments
You are comfortable working with technical teams
You have managed external vendors or infrastructure partners
You bring structure without adding bureaucracy
You are proactive in surfacing risks and improving execution discipline.
