Job Description

DevOps Engineer managing Azure infrastructure, monitoring, and CI/CD for Auditdata’s audiology distribution SaaS solutions. Supporting enterprise customers and development environments across a global team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
  • Manage and automate release processes
  • Support and monitor development environments and configurations in Microsoft Azure cloud
  • Consult internal and external customers on installation, sizing, scaling, and CI/CD technical aspects
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team across different locations
  • Develop and deliver high-end software solutions for audiology distribution chains
  • Use and evaluate AI tools for scripting, infrastructure-as-code, pipeline definitions, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of commercial experience with configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft-based production systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, including ARM templates/Terraform, Azure PowerShell, Azure App Service, Azure monitoring, Azure Active Directory, and Azure infrastructure
  • Understanding of load balancers, DNS, virtual networks, and firewalls in cloud environments
  • Experience monitoring enterprise solutions in Azure Cloud
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to find solutions to complex issues and think outside the box
  • Good spoken and written English
  • B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Nice to have: Azure Kubernetes, Azure SQL, Azure Storage Account, CI/CD for .NET projects, AI coding assistants, LLM engineering workflows, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
