  • Translate AI opportunities into workflows, prompts, testing plans, feedback loops, and adoption materials.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors on requirements, testing, feedback, issue resolution, implementation, deliverables, and follow-through.
  • Develop user guidance, training materials, workflow documentation, and adoption support for new or enhanced tools.
  • Gather user feedback, identify friction points, and support thoughtful rollout and change-management planning.
  • Map current-state workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, duplication, or unclear ownership.
  • Connect data logic across Salesforce, reporting tools, AI-enabled workflows, and knowledge-management systems.
  • Support continuous data, workflow, and process improvements that enhance accounting planning, business-development enablement, reporting, and leadership visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce, including workflow improvement, reporting inputs, adoption support, or business requirements gathering.
  • Ability to translate business needs into requirements for technical teams or third-party partners.
  • Success supporting technology implementation, system enhancements, user testing, training, or adoption efforts.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation, knowledge-management systems, or workflow improvement tools strongly preferred.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, executive search, leadership advisory, or another relationship-driven business required.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, business users, vendors, and technical partners.
  • Systems-oriented approach connecting tools, data, workflows, and user behavior.
  • Disciplined project management across workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and multiple priorities.
  • Sound judgment regarding usability, adoption, confidentiality, and business impact.
  • Ability to explain technical or workflow topics clearly to non-technical users.
