Job Description

Director of Sales leading revenue growth for cybersecurity startup Flare in Europe. Directly managing sales activities and coaching Account Executives while driving market engagement in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Flare's revenue growth in Europe while directly managing sales alongside Account Executives
  • Coach, develop, and hire a team of Account Executives, enhancing their skills across the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, channel, technical, and customer success teams for a seamless customer journey
  • Build and maintain an accurate view of the sales pipeline and assess deal health
  • Operate autonomously, representing Flare professionally across the European market and keeping leadership informed
  • Identify emerging opportunities across Europe and contribute to partnership development

Requirements:

  • Hands-on sales experience in cybersecurity, ideally with a background or strong familiarity in threat intelligence
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience in leadership, possibly managing a small team or mentoring peers
  • Understanding of the channel landscape, including engagement and enabling partners and MSSPs
  • Sharp forecasting skills assessing deal quality and quantity
  • Ability to communicate with honesty and clarity.
