Job Description

Healthcare solution advisory director helping payer, provider, and life-sciences organizations modernize contracting with Icertis’s AI-powered platform. Developing value-driven solutions, executive demos, and implementation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to identify and qualify high-impact healthcare opportunities.
  • Conduct deep-dive assessments of current contracting processes and pain points.
  • Develop and deliver tailored solution narratives linking Icertis capabilities to operational outcomes and financial value.
  • Create and present executive-level demos and proof-of-concepts for payer, provider, and life-sciences stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to map improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and professional services to ensure solution alignment and successful implementation.
  • Drive the development of reference architectures, use cases, and best-practice guides for the healthcare market.
  • Publish whitepapers, webinars, and speak at industry events as a thought leader.
  • Measure and report on deployed solutions’ business impact, including efficiency gains, compliance improvements, and risk reduction.
  • Mentor junior solution advisors and contribute to the growth of the Solution Advisory practice.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare (payer, provider, or life sciences) with a strong understanding of contracting and revenue cycle processes.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and solution architecture in enterprise software.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, able to influence C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience translating technical capabilities into business value and ROI calculations.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams (sales, product, services).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for customer engagements and industry events.
  • Passion for innovation in contract lifecycle management and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Spoken knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese is an additional benefit.
