Job Description
Director of Total Rewards leading compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies at The Trevor Project. Shaping Total Rewards philosophy and mentoring a team while ensuring compliance across multi-state operations.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategy and sustainability of Total Rewards at Trevor Project
- Define and lead compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition strategies
- Mentor a team while collaborating with executives and partners
- Ensure compliance with multi-state labor regulations and oversee payroll operations
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience
- Experience building or transforming Total Rewards programs
- Deep technical expertise across benefits administration and multi-state payroll compliance
- Experience leading leaves and accommodations across multiple states
- Strong analytical capability and project management skills
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
