Job Description

Director of Total Rewards leading compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies at The Trevor Project. Shaping Total Rewards philosophy and mentoring a team while ensuring compliance across multi-state operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the strategy and sustainability of Total Rewards at Trevor Project
  • Define and lead compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition strategies
  • Mentor a team while collaborating with executives and partners
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state labor regulations and oversee payroll operations

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience
  • Experience building or transforming Total Rewards programs
  • Deep technical expertise across benefits administration and multi-state payroll compliance
  • Experience leading leaves and accommodations across multiple states
  • Strong analytical capability and project management skills
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
