Job Description
Agiliti sales executive growing healthcare equipment and services revenue across a home-based division. Leading sales talent, customer expansion, quotas, margins, and frequent customer travel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and achieve Division financial goals by growing revenue in accounts and retaining and growing sales to existing accounts
- Grow gross margins across the existing customer base and expansion accounts
- Attract, develop, and retain sales talent
- Establish, manage, and review sales results and market opportunities for new sales and customer retention
- Build relationships with key customers to understand business needs and sell comprehensive solutions, programs, and services
- Meet or exceed revenue quota objectives while operating within Division cost, expense, revenue, and profit objectives
- Maintain current CRM prospect data, including revenue potential and close probability
- Interface with divisional managers, corporate management, clients, and sales personnel
- Participate in customer calls at high-value accounts
- Meet regularly with the Division's top 10 customers
- Visit top 20 customers with AEs, with an expectation of being on the road 4 of 5 days
- Collaborate with the operational counterpart to improve sales processes, operational efficiencies, and costs
- Recruit, train, and develop employees and ensure positions are properly staffed
- Lead and motivate employees and build competent teams
- Ensure timely completion of Division-wide and corporate-wide performance management initiatives
- Perform other duties necessary for effective department and company operations
Requirements:
- 7-10 years sales management experience or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment, sales and services required
- Proven sales management experience
- Demonstrated excellent communication/presentation skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Demonstrated track record of results (achieve sales quota)
- Travel up to 75%
- In-depth knowledge of product and service offerings
- Financial acumen and robust understanding of financial analysis and communication
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, alternate care providers, and medical equipment manufacturers
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, reimbursement, legislation, and customer profiles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform under time constraints
- High capacity to manage change and ambiguity
- Ability to identify skill development areas and learn new processes and technologies
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks based on business need
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer need
