Job Description

Divisional sales executive growing Agiliti’s healthcare equipment and services revenue. Leading customer expansion, sales talent development, financial performance, and major-account relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and achieve Division financial goals through revenue growth and retention of existing accounts
  • Grow gross margins across the existing customer base and expansion accounts
  • Attract, develop, and retain sales talent
  • Establish, manage, and review sales results and market opportunities for new sales and customer retention
  • Build relationships with key customers and expand programs and services sold
  • Meet or exceed revenue quota and operate within Division cost, expense, revenue, and profit objectives
  • Maintain current CRM prospect data, including revenue potential and close probability
  • Interface with divisional managers, corporate management, clients, and sales personnel
  • Participate in customer calls at high-value accounts
  • Meet regularly with the Division's top 10 customers
  • Spend approximately 4 of 5 days on the road visiting the top 20 customers with Account Executives
  • Collaborate with the operational counterpart to improve processes, increase sales, gain operational efficiencies, and reduce costs
  • Recruit, train, develop, and properly staff employees
  • Lead and motivate employees and build competent teams
  • Ensure timely completion of Division-wide and corporate-wide performance management initiatives
  • Perform other duties necessary for effective department and company operation

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years sales management experience or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment, sales and services required
  • Proven sales management experience
  • Demonstrated excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • Demonstrated track record of results (achieve sales quota)
  • Travel up to 75%
  • In-depth knowledge of product and service offerings
  • Financial acumen and robust understanding of financial analysis and communication
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, alternate care providers, and medical equipment manufacturers
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, reimbursement, legislation, and other key issues impacting customers
  • Ability to perform under time constraints
  • Ability to maintain communication with other departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High capacity to manage change and ambiguity
  • Ability to identify skill development areas and learn new processes and technologies
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks based on business need
  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs
