Job Description
Project Manager/Scrum Master leading Agile enterprise technology projects at Argano, a digital consultancy. Managing scope, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and delivery quality.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams
- Lead and manage one or multiple projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and on budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the Statement of Work
- Create detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies
- Maintain and manage the Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet
- Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards and implement quality-control processes
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Follow appropriate internal and external escalation processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management (posting states 5 to 10 years)
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager
- Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience in software development, IT, or technology-related projects is preferred
- Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Experience in conducting quality reviews and implementing corrective actions
- Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.
- Previous experience in IT industries and with ERP and/or CRM technology platforms
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices
- In-depth understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, escalation management, and quality assurance skills
