Job Description
Remote Education & Empowerment Specialist facilitating participant engagement for a global education organization. Supporting personal development through structured conversations and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective participants who have requested information
- Facilitate structured conversations via phone or video conferencing
- Support new participants through onboarding and orientation processes
- Participate in virtual training sessions and professional development
- Independently manage your schedule, workflows, and daily priorities
Requirements:
- Background in education, training, coaching, mentoring, or a related field
- Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Willing to learn new systems related to client engagement and digital business operations
