Job Description
Education Specialist onboarding Customer Support teams at Sumsub, an AI-powered trust infrastructure company. Building LMS courses, knowledge materials, webinars, and technical training.
Responsibilities:
- Help new hires through their first weeks and familiarize them with tools and workflows
- Design and build full courses on the LMS platform
- Create user-friendly training materials and Knowledge Base articles
- Organize and run webinars, workshops, and training sessions
- Design and deliver presentations for different audiences
- Help the Customer Support Team onboard new colleagues and maintain shared knowledge
Requirements:
- Ability to read and write basic SQL queries
- Log search skills, such as Kibana and Grafana Loki
- Comfortable leading online training sessions and engaging an audience
- Ability to turn complex technical information into simple, easy-to-follow guides
- Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to identify knowledge gaps proactively
- Proven track record of onboarding new colleagues and helping them reach their full potential
- Experience in B2B Customer or Technical Support at L1, L2, or L3 level
- Experience building courses in an LMS, particularly Cypher LMS, is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Confluence, YouTrack, or ClickUp/Monday is a plus
- Basic understanding of HTTP requests and status codes, REST APIs, and JSON is a plus
