Job Description

Employee Experience Specialist for VSP Vision planning and implementing internal communications strategies. Collaborating with partners to enhance employee engagement and retention efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, produce, and implement internal and external communications tactics
  • Develop and execute employee communication plans
  • Work closely with business partners to execute employee communication programs
  • Identify employment branding and activation opportunities
  • Serve as a central resource for employment brand-related information
  • Write clear, concise, on-brand content that engages and informs the workforce

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related experience
  • Two years’ experience in internal communications work
  • Demonstrated ability to recommend internal communication approaches
  • Ability to effectively use a variety of communication mediums
  • Strong writing, editing, communication, and planning skills
  • Ability to write documentation and reports that are clear
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and employment branding platforms
