Job Description
Employee Experience Specialist for VSP Vision planning and implementing internal communications strategies. Collaborating with partners to enhance employee engagement and retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and implement internal and external communications tactics
- Develop and execute employee communication plans
- Work closely with business partners to execute employee communication programs
- Identify employment branding and activation opportunities
- Serve as a central resource for employment brand-related information
- Write clear, concise, on-brand content that engages and informs the workforce
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related experience
- Two years’ experience in internal communications work
- Demonstrated ability to recommend internal communication approaches
- Ability to effectively use a variety of communication mediums
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and planning skills
- Ability to write documentation and reports that are clear
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and employment branding platforms
