Job Description

Engagement Manager responsible for executing sales strategies for Cochlear's implantable technology in Los Angeles territory. Collaborating with partners to develop market presence and sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute industry leading medical device B2C sales through complex sales techniques
  • Drive territory strategy to achieve yearly sales revenue targets
  • Support the Los Angeles territory for Cochlear
  • Implement local consumer marketing and candidate nurture strategies aimed at growing the market for Cochlear implantable technology
  • Manage, develop and inspire mentoring volunteers
  • Provide candidate communication through various channels
  • Collaborate with B2B teammates to develop strong relationships with key people in the assigned territory
  • Execute sales and marketing initiatives and deliver associated marketing messages
  • Coordinate and provide candidate educational events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Work Experience
  • 2-3 Years of Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
  • Current & valid driver's license
  • Depending on territory coverage requirements, must have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time with overnight stays and weekends
  • Strong computer skills with experience in various software packages, including Microsoft Suite and web-based applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills,
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and positively in a team environment
