Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive driving Seeq’s industrial-process data software sales across APAC. Growing ARR through enterprise SaaS prospecting, expansion, renewals, and new-logo development.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive accelerated Seeq ARR in the APAC region
  • Sell software and solutions to prospective and existing customers
  • Manage sales territories by prioritizing, prospecting, and developing accounts
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing the core values delivered by Seeq solutions
  • Participate in developing, presenting, and selling Seeq’s core value proposition
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
  • Manage sales opportunities through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers
  • Lead contributors individually and as a team member
  • Provide direction and mentoring to others
  • Drive expansion and renewals at current Seeq customers
  • Prospect and develop new-logo opportunities
  • Collaborate with industry experts, Customer Success Managers, Analytics Engineers, Enablement, the partner ecosystem, and the broader Sales organization

Requirements:

  • Prior direct sales experience with manufacturing and operational technology organizations in the chemical and life sciences/pharmaceutical industries
  • Strong background in selling enterprise SaaS with a successful sales track record
  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders, VP, and C-level roles
  • Experience managing sales territories and developing accounts to achieve ARR and new-logo goals
  • Experience developing solution proposals and presenting value propositions
  • Experience negotiating pricing and contractual agreements
  • Experience managing sales opportunities through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
  • Ability to identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers
  • Ability to lead contributors individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills
  • Growth mindset and accountability for continuous learning and personal development
  • Fluency in English required
  • Multilingual skills preferred but not essential; additional regional language capabilities are a strong advantage
  • Must be authorized to work in the country in which you reside
