Job Description
Enterprise Account Executive selling Arize AI’s observability and evaluation platform to APJ enterprises. Finding, closing, and expanding AI/ML customers through complex SaaS sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Find, win, and grow new customers
- Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and participate actively in the community
- Conduct prospect discovery and communicate the Arize vision
- Execute sophisticated prospecting strategies
- Create sales plays and write talk tracks
- Identify new business opportunities
- Research accounts, stakeholders, and competitors
- Manage proofs of concept
- Drive product adoption and grow accounts
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Understand use cases, scope licensing, and identify additional workloads
Requirements:
- 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies to find and attract prospects
- Full-cycle sales experience
- Ability to navigate the complexities of enterprise deals
- Self-starter comfortable working in limited-process environments
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with peers and other organizations
- BANT or MEDDIC methodology preferred
- Previous selling experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning is a bonus, not required
