Job Description
Enterprise Account Executive selling DigiCert’s intelligent trust and cybersecurity platform. Building enterprise pipelines, leading complex sales engagements, and closing subscription-based deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop opportunities within existing and new accounts assigned in the territory, converting opportunities into closed-won deals
- Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales support resources throughout sales campaigns
- Serve customers as a trusted advisor and maintain consultative relationships
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and appropriate pipeline coverage
- Lead complex enterprise sales engagements and agreements through to close
- Prospect for new business across multiple functional areas and leverage marketing-provided leads
- Understand customer processes and problems and develop relationships with multiple buying personas
- Connect customer business objectives with DigiCert solutions using a customer-centric approach
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, build a funnel to cover bookings targets, document activities in Salesforce, and communicate with sales management
- Manage customer buying-cycle interactions, negotiate toward close, and gain stakeholder buy-in
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales resources and leverage industry expertise
- Maintain working knowledge of DigiCert products and solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience at a software/technology company
- Track record of qualifying and closing consultative/service-led sales, particularly multi-year and subscription-based services
- Exceptional ability to create and foster relationships across enterprise C-suite executives and build consensus among the buying team
- Exceptional time and people management skills to marshal resources and advance opportunities
- Well-versed in the data-analytics industry and strong knowledge of competitor products and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
