Job Description

Enterprise sales consultant generating qualified healthcare staffing leads nationwide. Building decision-maker relationships and coordinating opportunities for Cross Country’s enterprise sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and facilitate selling opportunities for enterprise-wide sales staff by engaging daily with healthcare organization decision-makers nationwide
  • Develop ongoing relationships with client prospects that create opportunities for enterprise-wide sales staff
  • Support sales of Direct Hire/Permanent Placement Services, Travel Nurse/Allied Staffing, and Locum Tenens Staffing
  • Coordinate conference calls, meetings, and travel for multiple sales executives across United States regions
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders on strategic business development plans supporting quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Execute high-volume client outreach by phone, email, and social media
  • Navigate websites and social media applications to collect targeted market and client information
  • Maintain current competitive information in the CRM system
  • Engage business unit leadership, sales leadership, and delivery specialists to leverage business opportunities
  • Serve as primary contact for internal research operations and data operations teams
  • Research and prepare strategic briefings on potential clients’ prior experience across Cross Country’s services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals and metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a related inside sales or business to business role
  • Healthcare staffing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success executing a territory penetration plan with clear and measurable outcomes
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills required
  • Professional presentation style and demeanor conveying warmth and professionalism over the telephone
  • Comfortable making multiple cold calls into healthcare organizations nationwide to determine appropriate decision-makers
  • Committed to achieving goals and resilient when client interest declines
  • Proficiency with geography, reading maps, and adjusting schedules, meetings, and travel times to United States time zones
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite in a Windows environment, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Prior CRM application experience preferred; Salesforce is ideal
  • Ability to conduct Internet research efficiently and productively
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, quickly changing, client-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
