Job Description

Attorney assisting tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive basis. Working directly with clients and drafting estate planning documents with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive basis.
  • Work directly with clients to confirm estate planning needs.
  • Typical work product includes revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, LLCs.
  • Draft estate planning documents using your own methods or our document templates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest state laws.
  • Work with our team of friendly professionals.
  • Work with an established book of business of households with average client assets from $1 million to $10 million.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in the posted state.
  • Entry level attorneys will be considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Innovative and creative
  • Ability to lead and be decisive
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Collaborative skills to accept and turn ideas into strategies with help of tax, business, and financial advisors.
