Job Description
Financial Executive Manager leading integrated treasury and cash management for Gran's educational technology. Responsible for strategic financial decision-making and optimizing funding.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the integrated management of Treasury, Cash Management and Funding, with a focus on:
- Liquidity planning and medium- and long-term capital structure;
- Structuring credit facilities, debentures and financial instruments;
- Relationship management and negotiation with banks, trustees and market partners;
- Development of funding strategies and optimization of cost of capital;
- Financial governance and market risk management;
- Exploring creative short-, medium- and long-term funding solutions.
- Lead the treasury and financial products teams, ensuring alignment between execution and strategy;
- Support financial planning and the evolution of the capital structure with a long-term perspective;
- Structure and negotiate financing alternatives and debt transactions;
- Conduct strategic negotiations with financial institutions;
- Work closely with the CFO, VP and CEO on structural financial decisions;
- Ensure governance, compliance and mitigation of financial risks;
- Promote automation, efficiency and reliability of financial information;
- Represent the area in executive forums and strategic committees;
- Develop leaders and successors, strengthening a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial leadership at sizable or high-growth companies (preferably digital, education or technology businesses);
- Experience with banking products and operations, capital raising and debt structuring;
- Strategic engagement with senior leadership and a strong view on capital structure and liquidity;
- Experience with external audits (Big Four) and governance best practices;
- Nice-to-have: experience in publicly traded companies, IPOs or M&A transactions;
- Experience in automating and digitizing financial processes;
- Proficiency with financial tools, ERPs and BI solutions;
- Professional fluency in English, due to interaction with international institutions and agents;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering; MBA/postgraduate degree in Finance or Strategic Management is a plus.
