Job Description

Field Access Manager providing education on access and reimbursement topics in the pharmaceutical sector. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive patient access and support sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively provides in person (or virtual as needed) education to defined accounts and specialties within their assigned geographies
  • Collaborates closely with key stakeholders to drive access and foster strategic partnerships
  • Works collaboratively to gain support and remove obstacles throughout a patients journey for product access
  • Interacts with accounts to support patient access and provides face-to-face education on programs
  • Coordinates services closely with the Averitas Patient HUB and internal counterparts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech experience focused in Market Access, Sales, and/or account management
  • 2+ years in a Patient Services practice support role for specialty products
  • Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Product Buy & Bill experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
